Rabbit Butchering Day

We just butchered our first batch of meat rabbits! Each of them yielded about 1 lb of meat since they're a smaller breed, and a decent pelt. We were happy with the results.

(Above) Packaged meat. We portioned two of the rabbits and saved one whole.
(Above) Portioned meat, seasoned and grilled. Spices used: salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried nettles, and paprika.
